He confirmed his already superstar status by winning the Breeders Cup Classic in record time and claiming the title of Grand Slam Winner.
American Pharoah was trained by Bob Baffert and for most of his rides ridden by Victor Espinoza. His ownersĀ Zayat Stables sold breeding rights to Coolmore’s Ashford Farm where he will stand in 2016.
American Pharoah began his career at Vinery Stud (now Haras Don Alberto Farm) and Farm Manager Frances Relihan had the pleasure of caring forĀ him from a young age.
